The S600-3F Series is a highly durable 3-piece full bore floating ball valve, designed for demanding industrial environments. This valve features butt welded ends, providing a strong, leak-proof connection suitable for various applications. The series offers different pressure ratings to accommodate diverse needs: 2000PSI for sizes 1/4″ to 1″, 1500PSI for 1-1/4″ to 2″, and 1000PSI for 2-1/2″ to 4″. Certified to ATEX IIC standards and complying with ISO 5211, API 598, API 607, and ISO 1127, the S600-3F guarantees safety and quality. Available from 1/4″ to 4″ in size, it’s constructed with a CF8M Stainless Steel body and ball, and a SS316 stem, and comes with a standard CTFE seat. The valve’s 3-piece design not only facilitates easier maintenance but also allows for seamless removal from the line. Its adaptability includes actuator compatibility and options for reduced or V-port balls for precise flow control. Additionally, the valve is designed and certified as fire-safe, equipped with a standard handle, making the S600-3F Series an ideal choice for industries that prioritize durability, safety, and ease of maintenance.
